A replacement gear shift lever for my old mercury 7.5, it sheared off on me last night, its only plastic I spose thanks in advance guys!

I hate to say it, but Bill Higham would be worth a try.

Not the best customer service in the world but may have a used part.

If you don't have any luck bring it round to mine and we'll make something to fit in my workshop.
Or perhaps we can pin and epoxy the old one.
