Volvo Duo Prop Help Needed

Hi All,

My boss has a (or 2 depending on how you look at it!) volvo duoprop he is trying to sell, and we are trying to find out a little more information on it. I've googled the codes and come up with zilch, so if anyone can help fill in a few blanks, i.e. pitch, diameter etc, much appreciated.

One one we have the lettering "Volvo Penta 854378 R/H" (The right handed small one) and on the other "Volvo Penta 854374 L/H" (The left handed big beast).

Cheers!

Jimbo

Jimbo, both of these numbers have been superseded twice. The current numbers are; 3857467 & 3857463. These are C series stainless steel props, C6 front (large one) and C6 rear respectively. Volvo don't issue pitches, just codes. However, the C series starts at C2 and finishes at C7 so your props are failry high pitch. They are listed to fit drives DP280, DP290, DP-A-D and DP-G. They currently list at 558.86 each +vat.

JW, thanks, that's absolutely great. Fairly pricey bits of kit it would appear, thanks for your help.
