What difference in performance would there be between a D6-310 and a D6-370 in the same boat under the same conditions?
appart from the obvious 20% drop in power what would happen to the ecconomy and the top speed etc

370 has a supercharger as well as a turbocharger so will give better accelleration up on to the plane.

20% more power - perhaps 10% more top speed.

20% more fuel used at wide open throttle.

Fuel consumption at cruise speeds probably very similar. 370 might even use a little less as it will be turning slightly slower.

i know that the 350, 370 etc have a supercharger and turbo but does the 310 only have a turbo?
can the 310 be ``chipped`` to up the performance?

310 only has a turbo.
