Verado 300 break in period

Hi there, Can anyone tell me the break in period of a 2016 Mercury Verado 300hp? I have searched online with mixed results.... any info would be much appreciated!

Something like no more than 5300 RPM for the first two hours, except 1 minute of WOT every 10 mins. This is to seat the rings. After that good to go.

However, dealer said no break in and have at it. We did the above (or at least I told them to!).
