Tohatsu 115 2st info please

Could anyone give advice/info on Tohatsu 115 elpt (I think- that's what the ad says although tldi seems more likely) 2 strokes?
I know current Tohatsu 4 st are closely related to Hondas offerings, but can't find much on the older ones.
Reliability? Parts? Consumption? Bag of spanners? Oldie but goodie?
