Dead bodies!!!
No just sand 25kg each bag. We had to do weight trials to of upto 750kg. Sand is the best as it sits better in the boat and you can dump it in the sea when your done!!!

Thought so - I've been used for this purpose.

I was as good as three weights and I helped carry the rest off after the test...

There was muttering at one point - they may have been considering dumping me at sea?

Oooo I ve been on a boat with a kerosene 2 stroke outbaord on the back. the fumes are nasty.
Many 3rd world countries run kerosene in their outboards.
seem to run nice but the smell would make any ribber sick.

You would be surprised, there is very little difference between these and the standard engine. Its mainly ECU work, and i think from memory different injectors. They also have Merc racing pulleys on the compressor not to sure why though!

Also Kerosene is 60p per litre when you buy it for heating oil..........

My Mariner manual says it can run ok Kerosene :-)

Yup.

My receipt for heating oil says not to be used as road fuel, nuthing about boat fuel.

It's the same duty rate as red diesel,but with VAT rebated at 5% as well and presumably would be subject to the 60/40 split plus an extra 15% VAT?
