Teleflex Morse dual cable NFB helm

Has anyone here fitted a Teleflex Morse dual cable NFB helm? My mate is having trouble understanding what happens at the engine end as there is only one tube on his Honda 150 for a single cable .

Is there some sort of link arm kit that may be missing?

Yeh, I have. He needs to fit another tube infront of the engine tube. There may be mounting bolt holes already in the saddle. The two cables then need a cross piece which joins them at their ends. This piece will need a hole in its centre into which the draglink fits.
