Suzuki DT25: Flush muffs?

We don't get any water pumping when trying to use flush muffs. Is it worth getting a better set that seal around the intakes better, or is it something that just doesn't work very well?

We do have a bin for working on it - just wanted something for a quick flush. I've see you can buy a hose connector for the flush point - any experience of this?

if you mean the one on the leg as on the DF engines yes they are for flushing but without the engine running.
i like to flush my engine running because warm water clears salt better and from the thermostat once open
