surface drive?

This looks like it is on a RIB. Does anyone know what RIB it is?

I'm quite certain that picture was taken sometime ago at a RIBEX show - it was a carbon fibre wave piercing effort with a tiny gas turbine in it - the guy was paranoid about having his designs stolen and had removed his suspension seats and some other stuff. As far as I know it never got in the water - at least publicly and has never been heard of again, I think the surface drive was an in house thing anyway.
