Sternpowr 101 steering pivot greasing?

Has anyone attempted this? I'm trying to grease the steering pivot point on my 101 outdrive.
There is scant mention in the manual and the threaded greasing screw is tiny, I can't see how you could introduce any grease down the 3mm hole? No mention of attaching a grease nipple and the smallest I have (1/8") is way too big. Any ideas?

No idea what a "threaded greasing screw" is, but the opening in a standard Zerk fitting is smaller than 3mm, isn't it?

At the greasing point described in the manual, there is a 6mm hex headed machine screw with a 3mm thread, that's it! Although the manual doesn't say, I assume you remove it in order to introduce grease?
I don't know of any grease nipple that will fit unless there is some sort of needle type adaptor to get the grease in there?

Have you tried one of the chainsaw grease guns, they have a small point and are available on ebay to grease the bar ?
