Steering resistance

Is there an adjustment on a Yam 60 FET0 to tighten steering to stop the engine swinging to one side when wheel is released ?

Check if there's a bolt protruding middle side of the swivel bracket, if so, adjust it CW to increase the swivel bracket load till the boat doesn't veer to one side when the wheel is released. Don't over tighten it or will damage the internal parts.

Happy Boating
