SR4 Engine Height

I have been reading with interest ZodiacFuturaMk2's Ribcraft 4.8 project and was wondering what the optimum height for performance would be for a SR4.

I so want to get 40 knots out of her and am willing to try anything.

Cheers

You'll find even with the engine all the way down on the transom you'll spend a lot of time with just the prop in the water...
