Aren't RIBs glued together

But seriously we use a glue for sticking lead to stainless and is excellent stuff. Will save you on the welding fee's, just say the word Olly.

Well welding it would be a bit of a challenge, now wouldn’t it? Seriously why would you bond lead to stainless steel? Only things I can come up with are some sort of bearing or balance weights..or something architectural ..or cladding for protection…?

thanks guys, I'll just glue the bugger on, sand it back later and paint the whole leg, wanted to smarten it up anyway and got the paint
