Skeg rebuild

We are thinking about selling our zapcat, and I've been looking around at a few minor things that need doing.

One of them is the Skeg, I've attached a picture of what it looks like.

Are there any suggestions of who I can go to to get this sorted? And what its likely to cost?

You can buy Skeg guards which would fit over what's left and make it look more refined. Still see it's been done but better than what you have.

Not that expensive either

I would imagine biffer could sort that out for you. The skeg could be built up with weld and ground back, or cut clean and a new piece welded in.
