Replacement parts for 1970 johnson 9.5hp

G'day, Does anyone out there know where i can get brand new standard size piston rings for my 9.5 online? the compression is 90 PSI top and bottom. will new rings greatly improve on this? also the bore has extreamly light surface rust. it seems to clean up well with wet and dry paper is this wise?

thanks
