Quickleen Engine Treatment for Optis

Has anyone any experience good or bad of using Mercury's Quickleen Engine Treatment for Optis? It is meant to "combat residual combustion deposits and the performance inhibiting effects caused by use of poor quality fuels."

I'm thinking of trying it out on my Opti.
