How about you tell us what prop you have and what speed and rpm you are getting?... what mounting hole is the engine mounted on and can you see the cav plate skimming the surface while running flat out.

Fine tuning any boat comes down to what you want to use it for and the load you intend to push, so it would really help with any advice if you could let us know the basics

#2 or #3 bolt hole on the engine

Your 13 pitch prop is probably the best choice for 4 divers, maybe a 15 pitch.

For 2 people with light gear, you could probably squeeze in to a 17 or a 19.

Expect 25-28 mph.

I am using a 3x13 7/8x14RH Hydrus prop and today my top speed was 23 mph. Do you guys think if i change the prop i can gain more speed?

in the boat was 3 people about 460 lbs, aluminum flooring, 5 gl of gas.

What is the engine manufacturers recommended WOT rpm range?
What WOT rpm have you got with your present setup?
Once you know that you can look at other props.

Can I suggest you have a read through this prop selection 'how to' from your engine manufacturer which tells you how to do it & why it's important to keep the range within their recommendations.
