Props & tabs

Having worked on an SR4 in preparation for 2012 season I was unhappy with power delivery and hull reaction to throttle and helm input from my small but strong Mariner 2T 30HP.

Spoke to Geoff at Streamlined Propellers - for boat propellers, propeller repairs, rebushing, balancing, stainless propellers, racing propellers in Aldershot.

After listening to the (my description of) symptoms he advised on a prop and auto/hydraulic transom tab combination. Self fit (half an hour).

Amazed at the transformation......such a leap forward (no pun intended).
There is stability, speed and consistency.

The engine was also fettled by D&R (Honda Marine Outboard Engine dealers Walton on Thames, Surrey spares servicing inflatables) at Walton Marina, contact Ian, and is now a peach punching well above its' weight and gives me 100% trust.

I had the fantastic luck to find the right people with the correct advice and knowledge and for a reasonable outlay so I thought I'd share the contact details of my good fortune with you.
