Proplems, problems.

Any help guys?
1. when engine is trimmed all the way up it drips oil into my well.

2. when trimming engine up, it sticks and keeps going untill i switch off the ignition

3. 2-3k revs coughs and spluters, and when changing betwen fwd and rev it stalls. It was serviced in December and i have done about 35 hours since
any ideas guys before i call the mechanic?
