Yeah I think this boat will go fast enough to hit the Rev-limiter with that prop. The only problem is that it is hard to find a prop bigger than 10" pitch for the Tohatsu! I think you might need a 12" prop. If your RPM's are way to high, you should definately not drive with this setup @ WOT again. Because of the lacking of bigger props for this engine, the only option is to look out for expensive race props or buying an slightly bigger engine (like a Merc 20hp 2-stroke) which can be easily fitted with props up to 15" pitch, RVS or aluminium.

a friend has a pair of stainless steel props, 12" pitch, made by Powertech-USA, like new - used 2 days before changing to another pitch.
They were on a pair of Tohatsu 30hp-4 stroke.
