prop pitch for 25hp efi

hello,
i have a 380 RIB + mercury 25hp 4stroke EFI.

current performance: max speed one person on board 22-22,5 knots GPS, max revs cca 5400RPM.

now i have a stock 9,5 x 11 pitch alu prop.

i am looking for top speed and cruising, should i drop the pitch do 9"-10" to rev the engine to 5800-6000?

Drop the pitch, approx 250rpm per pitch. You need to get the RPM up to get the full HP out of the engine. I would put the 9" pitch on.
