Postscript to my problems with īThe Ancient Mariner

Well I got a new Evinrude 20HP 2 Stroke engine and fitted it to the Quicksilver 340 Airdeck..

... itīs now a pleasure to fire along on the plane on this set-up after all the frustrations (finding out reason I was crawling on old engine was I was on one cylinder ) with the old late 70s 15HP Mariner...

Yesterday I skimmed along a perfectly flat blue sea as the sun rose...complete heaven!!

Woo hoo...I feel Iīve now started my sibbing/ribbing adventures for real now!

Thanks again to all of you that gave me feedback and advice when I was in the depths of despair!
