Part help please. Tohatsu 3.5 2stroke

If your familiar with the little 3.5hp Tohatsu 2 stroke, it has a wing type screw which you adjust steering friction with. I think it has a spring on it?

I say think as mine vibrated loose and lost it.

Need the part! New or 2nd hand.
Can anyone help me locate the part.. Online?
