Out on the weekend, suddenly 10 seconds of squeal, no drive to the prop, long story in getting boat back onto trailer. Now have a set of melted top bevel gears. and another job to sort out. SO IT DOES PAY TO CHECK OIL LEVILS. I was too interested in my rebuilt engine !!!

I have a supply of cheap factory recon upper & lower units - complete. As for bearings , seals, u/j etc, these can be sourced from any bearing supplier at a fraction of the cost. PM me if you want any specific details. Certainly all of the seals & bearings for the bearing housing can be bought for approx £100 from our normal bearing supplier.

I have a stern powr 103 I need a 1.6 top gear set. If you know where I could get one I would appreciate it.
