optimax cable

i have a eyelet on the end of a brown cable out of the optimax loom in the console. Its not attached to anything but im sure it should be!!! any ideas?? looks like should be on an earth or somet but only thing near it is the gauges

Its not used on Optis unless your running analogue gagues.
