Message for JIMBO re yam gearcase

Yo jimbo, can't post on the wanted forums so wacked this here.

If it helps, I had a cracked gearcase on my old yam. I drilled a hole at the end to stop it increasing in size and then filled it with chemical metal...bobs your uncle, instant fix! not great but its ok for a temp repair.

Hi Tim!

Thanks very much for that - it's something i have considered! It's a good quick fix, and might have to happen so that I can get the boat out on the water, but as the boat will be used for training I want to get it 100% sorted really.
