Need to get the above engine serviced. Outboard is based in Portsmouth. Does anybody have any recommendations, last year paid £700 incl vat, but that included new anodes being fitted.
Thats about the right price for a full serice plus parts, so if it is the price you are trying to reduce, you might struggle.
I can recommend Poole based service, but not Portsmouth.

Used Mark T marine. He's a sub dealer for me and is in Southampton. He worked with me at Barrus for 10 years and is a pro on Verados, he was the guy that went out fixing them when the dealers couldn't do it. He's got all the gear and if it's warranty work it goes through me so all ok.
