Mercruiser 1.7 DTI Oil Filter - Part number?

Has anyone got the part number for the Opel/Isuzu equivilent of the Mercruiser 1.7 DTI oil filter? I was told before I could get one from an autofactor/dealers. It doesn't even have to be a genuine part, if anyone has a spurious part number that would be great.

Thanks!

Do you ask dopey questions on this site because you can't be arsed to do your own homework? It's always some part no. or belt size. Buy a bloody workshop manual.

It's actually not my boat, just trying to help out a guy in my local club. It starts with '88', that's all I can remember (It's the revised one with the faults fixed)

Even the genuine part number would be a good start, I might be able to cross-reference it. Thanks for the help

882687 is the filter element - it appears it isn't a throw away car type filter and quite cheap!

£15 not too bad. I got stuff from these guys before must check how much postage is.

I'm trying to figure out is it the same filter as here:

That's the one from Marine Power - no idea if it's the right one from the car place though - if it's not under warranty you take your chances!

Might take the filter out of the engine on the weekend and bring it to the autofactors, see if they have anything that matches
