Understand that but the leads connected to the control box so it cannot be as standard and correct ?

I think he has the one in the first pic, which connects directly to smart and the analogue with said harness ? the older style (2nd pic) box is the one his current gauge harness connects to based on how I see it, unless I'm mis-understanding

Edit

See what you mean now in regard he has wrong connection lead, not wrong fitting block on control box.

ok, got the third picture now. The part no I have given will connect the old style gauges (still supplied with 4 strokes upto 115hp) to the new style control box, It is the same as the old leads for the 5 pin control box but now has a new style multi block as supplied with control boxs post 2006
