Mariner 6hp 4 stroke starting
When cold, choke out, bulb pumped up it starts first pull.
When warm it takes about 5 or 6 pulls before it catches. Sometimes it snatches back when I am activating the decompressor( it gave me a nice little bruise on the base of my thumb on my other hand after the handle clipped it).
Anyone know why this happens or is it normal for this engine.? The engine is new, barely run in.
