Yes you could say that! Now I,m looking at getting it fitted by a Opti dealer as if it is not fitted by one I do not get the 3 months warranty

What prop have you got (i have a few).
Hi Daniel,
I could save the fitting but then wave good by to the warranty!
Lifting would also be a problem!
It has a alli 23PITCH so yes I will be kneading a nice stainless what would you suggest?
Can you remember that length of control cables you used as this has none?
Just hope I get it all sorted by the 16th

Beg or borrow a few before you splash out on one. I have 19" and 21" Laser II, both give good performance on my boat but i would like to try a 17" as it happens (still can't pull top REVs with 19"). You could borrow either but only if we meet up somewhere i'm afraid.

Sorry no idea about cables.

Nick, the length of your existing cables ought to be stamped on them. If they are in good condition you could try converting the end pieces to quicksilver connections. Suggest you start with a 19" prop which should be good for 50+

My new Laser II is a 19" - i just checked for you. It is brand new in the box, bought by mistake, but it's not going that cheap. I'll try and dig out an invoice, anyone know what these retail for? About 400 i think.

Well picked up the new Opti yesterday & took it strait round to Aqua Marine NR Stains who are fitting it!
Big old beast but fitted it in to the back of the car!
Called in today & it was hanging on the back of Rosie all going OK so far!
The chap was a little concerned as to how we would get the cowling on under the A frame
Also needs new battery as the Opti likes lots of amps to start, trouble is getting 130Amp in the front console! Trying to get 2 X 75 amps in there which is what I had till last year!
When it is fitted he will try a few different props to see which is best suited (I think he just likes having a blast!)
Looking for would to getting her out on the water
Nick
