Is there a rev limiter on Yamaha aeto 90?

Just wonder, as getting the same max rev with the 19 inch prop(5500)as with the 17 inch(if remember correctly)? its a 2006 model. Thanks

The limiter will be set to more than 5500, so something else is causing it.

OK thanks, good to know. Actually there is no issue, the speed increase was logical and is good enough. I did expect a drop in the max rev with the bigger prop, but might be that a minor refurb of the planning surface(between testing of the props) is reducing the drag and that's why revs did not drop!
