Honda 115 & Honda 130
Itīs the same engine. The trottle open more in 130 hp, you can give your engine 15 + in 10 minutes.

The Yamaha 115 & 130 2 stroke is probably the same everything is the same but here you have 500 rpm more on the 130.

I will ask my friend on saturday, but he told me that the trottle doesnīt open full. Take a look under your hood and see...

yes itīs the same...
My friend worked with honda outboard (mecanic) for 6-7 years. Hold your horses until the end of the weekend and I will try to say what you should do. In my ugly english.
