I forget that it's an IT/computer geek acronym... rapidly passing into the everyday vernacular though!

I've noticed recently that several owners of brand new motors are asking tech details about them plus running in procedures. This this practice normal? Do they not get a manual with it for that kind of money?

Sorry, not being flippant or anything, just genuinely puzzled.
