I think the only people that use are insurance companies who dont care about buying a new one for £120 a year but then assume every stolen engine is worth about £120 to replace .

I'm gonna use my copy as a paddle for when my old engine which "has" been stored inside, never used in salt water and did have full service history till the dog ate it breaks down...

I used to work for a publishing company that was responsible for one of two (at the time) trader's secondhand car price booklets and was interested in how they arrived at the figures.
I had assumed that there was a trader's record of sales or summat like that.
The answer came to me from the editor.........without a hint of a smile.
They got the valuations from the other little booklet.

That's hinting at a pun.........though obviously not one. At least not a (w)hole one. Must have a screw loose. Or maybe I'm a nut.

The website would hardly inspire you with confidence, has all the makings of someone working out of their bedroom.

They can't even keep their website up to date......
