Im running a 2004 Evinrude E-TEC 75, which is new to me and currently has XD30 oil. Looking through the manual and on posts here XD100 seems to be the better option?

I have also read about settings need to be changed to accept the oil...?

Someone kindly tell me the difference between the two as unfortuanltey i have little history on the engine....
