Evinrude dealer, Hamble

Can anyone reccommend a good Evinrude dealer on the Hamble? I have a problem with the engine and need to find someone who can come out to the boat.

The problem is that the engine has been running just great. We were flying accross the Solent last week and it just cut, felt like fuel starvation. Once stopped, the fuel bulb could be primed with no problem but the engine just runs for about thirty seconds and dies. There are no indications on the Tacho.

I shall check fule filter, fuel flow etc. but it would be great to know who I could call upon if it is something more.

Yeah, but they're in Fareham, not Hamble hence why I didn't reply.

Advantages: Superb techs, great knowledge that they are happy to share with you, good value for money (on the services that they've done for me).

Disadvantages: Too busy because of all of the above!


EDIT: Do a search on here for Fairweather Marine and I'll think you'll find lots of other positive stuff and no negative.
