I'm servicin our 90 tomorrow, and if I could afford it would take it to a dealer. If you are not confident the umpellor can be a bit of a devil to change.

If you decide to do it then heres a link showing you how you only have to go as far as pic 8 the reverse out after inspecting/changing the impellor

I've got the ump now

heres the rest of the post I dunno why it was deleted but I gyess it's somethng to do with gArfy knowing my password.

If you decide to do it then heres a link showing you how you only have to go as far pic 8 the reverse out after inspecting/changing the impellor. It's not your exact leg but there won't be much difference.

Other than that change gearbox oil, sparkers (NGK NBR8HS 10 about 3 quid each) Keep the old plugs and impellor wrapped in Cling film aboard the boat just in Casey.

Check the lube level in your tilt trim if you have one also pay attention to the transportation lever that stops the mptor from falling back on it's tilt rams I dunno the proper name but I'm sure some one will. Clean / change all your filters including the external fuel filter. whip the prop off check the splines and thrust washers and grease and replace with a New split pin

check your electrical connections clean and grease with Vaseline or DC4 silicone grease. lube your hood catches

clean carbs That's about it I think.

Halfords Pro gear is good. I've had a set of combis and a 1/2" drive socket set for 5 or 6 years now and they've been excellent. I think I read somewhere they're made by Britool, which can't be a bad thing.
