was quoted £9400 inc vat and £300 rigging for the evinrude 250 e-tec today at the boat show - anybody got any idea if this is a good price.Done a bit of an internet search and a call around and cant get anywhere close so assuming it must be...

sounds a bargain, (thats if you ever get a bargain with an outboard, or anything that has marine next to it) id buy it,

i have just spoke to jets and they said its typical boat show bull shit and said can you get the quote in writeing for them

We were quoted £9950 inc plus rigging and i did not even haggle from some one i know pm me if you want the number. But lets face it,the winter is nearly apon us ?
I think there is a lot of worried dealers out there and there is more money in servicing than selling the engine.
