Sorry I was wrong

Rover produced two main P5 types;

the 3 Litre Straight Six, known as a P5 and the 3.5 Litre V8 known as the P5B

Both of these models were available in a choice of Saloon or Coupe, the latter being the most desirable.

The P5 (3 Litre) had an option of a manual with overdrive or automatic gearbox.
The P5B (3.5 Litre) was only available as an automatic.

Might be-I'm not sure. It's the same body type as the one Biggles posted anyway. I remember the P5's having the 3.5 V8 anyway. I've got a tuning book here somewhere with details on how to mod them

I know someone up here who's got a P5B and it's prob for sale but I wouldn't have one-the P5B AFAIK was a 3L V8 chevy or pontiac or somesuch engine not the 3500 V8 and they weren't very good-or it might hae been the other way round-but I know the one the guy I know has is the 3 litre.

Oh soddit, I'm confused.
