DF225 tuned to 250

Ribsters,
Are getting a Suz DF225, due to short stock I had to go for this instead of a DF 250 - I think they can be tuned to 250 - the matter is how - any tips?

I think the difference is that the 250 has variable valve timing. Not sure about tuning as an alternative though.
