Cleaning outboard cowling

My metallic silver honda outboard cowling has got quite grubby with water/salty rain marks on it.

What's the best way to clean it so it looks shiny again? Are there special products for it?

Thanks

Wash with warm soapy water then use a good car polish.
If its really bad then you might try a fine polishing compound such as Farecla G3 before waxing.

Menzerna 203S on polishing mop on relatively low setting to avoid damaging decals, followed by Collenite 476S applied by hand. Leave 30 mins then remove with microfibre cloth. Stand back and admire the finished job.
