Clamshell transom bolt spacing

Daft Question, as I am nowhere near my engine.

Transom clamps. There were three versions on the Merc/ mariner Clamshell 50/60Hp. - "outside rams" , and two versions of the "inside ram" - three ram PT and single ram PT.

The oldschool "outside rams" one I am not interested in, but memory says someone on here has one of the rare single inside ram Power trim units.

If you have one, read this and are near your boat over the weekend, could you do me a quick favour & measure the bolt spacing, and the distance down from transom top?

Thanks.

Unfortunately not, as my engine is now a bit of a "Frankenstein" with parts from at least three different machines.... mixed in with some some aftemarket Mallory bits, none of which I have a positive ID on bar the pistons!

I can tell you for sure the Clamp / swivel is one of these, (single ram PT version, "stepped" stop block on the swivel bracket)

http://www.boats.net/parts/search/Me...%29/parts.html

so I guess you could try serial number 9469201 ?

Thanks.
