So, just to close this off.

I fitted a SS Solas Titan HR3 today. Noticeable difference in 2 ways.

1)Acceleration, both from stopped and above 20 kts.
2) Speed and grip. Boat feels even better planted and found myself tootling around way more comfortably at 30 kts with 4 up, wet wetsuits (shivering bodies!- must buy better wetsuits) etc and 120 litres of fuel (of course she got her bottom cleaned this morning- but even so..)

Wet wetsuits are not warm in a breeze. Put a windproof over them if you haven't already.

Keep us posted about the prop after you've spent some time with it.

We were cold in the water! We’re having a heatwave around here but deep water still cold.
All well wrapped up after we finished basking in the tropical waters

Will report further in a few hundred miles.........
