carburetor help

Hi all, I need some help trying to track down a carburetor for a 40hp Mariner XRNLI, its the old 2 stroke model same as picture attached, i think i have the serial number 6E9 S 151453, does anyone know where i can find one or who might have one available,also does anyone know what year this engine might be?

Hello Andrew

It looks To be coming back as 1993. This is the 4 cylinder model. I have every part for one of these (excluding powerhead internals) having broke one recently. Before breaking it we swapped all parts onto another engine to test and found all to be in working order.

Not sure I'd like to split up the set of carbs though. Is it just the one you need ? Which one ?

Here's my one. Pics quite old but it's been stored well.
