Bravo 3x Failure...the good old story

I just joined the bravo 3x-yannmar sufferers club. I 've been to all the forums and know many fellow sufferers that have had this problems . I 'm about to call the local dealer here in Greece and have it serviced, or changed but I was wondering if anybody knows whether mercruiser will cover the damage if the warranty has expired. It seems that it is a very common problem and they should put a recall on the model and cover all the damages to all the victims. Does anybody know if there is a class action suit against mercruiser for this known issue? Or does anybody care to start one?
