Boats & outboards

Is it just my cynical mind! But I have just been looking on their site for used o/bs and the price for some big hp are somewhat smaller than I thought. Especially the 2003 merc 300 for £3700, 225 Susi £3200, 2x yam 150's £4500, 2008 Evinr 250 £3500 & last 2 x 2000 Merc 200 £4999.
Am I missing something or has the ar@e falling out the market?

J

The outboard section in B&O is just full of scam ads at the moment. The site has become a joke.

aye the ones that claim to be in Bristol / Glasgow yet have palm trees in the back ground... they are the easy ones to spot.

The old addage "If its too good to be true, it probably is" comes to mind. If you do your research you will know the market value of second-hand engines has remained pretty stable. If anything, prices have probably gone up slightly. This is especially true for small to medium sized engines under 60hp, in good condition where demand is currently outstripping supply.
