best prop for yamaha 15 hp 2 stroke

Tried searching, couldnt find any thing. But I have an 01 Yamaha 15hp 2 stroke and the prop is beat up. I was looking for something that would give be good speed and power all around.. Typically have 2-3 people and it's a 10' RIB.
Any suggestions on specs of the prop and a good (US) place to buy one would be appricated.

If it seems OK then yes-it's very hard to prop correctly without a revcounter.

It seems pretty to do pretty well clocks about 25 with 2 people, and comes up onn a plane pretty eaisly as well (3 people still does alright). I would have a like to gain a few mph, but at the same time I dont want to affet my plane ability

What is needed for rev counting? do you mean a tachometer?
