if you have a look at the ribs fired out by the boys at quinquarimarine you will spot that the e-tec is high up the list of units fitted and I am guessing that they know a thing or two about commercial craft.

We have a 250 Yamaha F/Stroke only done 100 hours but not a probleam
We had a 225 Yamaha F/Stroke that was great too but the 250 is a better engine better on fuel quicker out the blocks,
We had the chance to spec our rib from new and did much research.
for long term ownership it had to be Yamaha, Must give prise to lansdown marine at Itchanor who serviced the engine, very profesonal, even put a new prop bag on FOC abait with there name on it but hey.
