Hi Jimz,

I am trying to find a copy of the Mercury Optimax 225 Service Manual for a 2004 motor. If you still have a copy and are willing to share it, please e-mail it to me at RiverFishMI@gmail.com.

Thanks so very much,

Mark Ralph

People before you either purchase or use any merc/mar service manual please make sure that the manual is corect for your OBM. You need to go by your OBM serial number, the factory have been updating the imformation in the manuals over the years, and some (not all) imformation could be wrong for your particular OBM,You need to check that it is the latest manual as well ,not one that has been supeseaded.

Searching for Mercury 200 20 HP 1975 maintenance manual

Hello RIBers,

does anyone have a manual that could be shared for my old Mercury 200 20 HP outboard engine from 1975?
I tried to get it over http://boatinfo.no/but this is only OK if you need some pages...

Thanks for the help

Bernhard

Sorry channelhop, those links were in the cloud on a file sharing site and when rapidshare.com went down the links went with them.

I'm not familiar with your exact OB model but I keep a load of links in favourites. This is a service manual issued in 2001 for the 40 4-stroke... might it be right for yours?

Good thread, I've used the above website before for printing vintage Mercury owners manuals, it's about time Mercury and others released free online service manuals for non current models and definitely for vintage outboards as such engines are kept running by enthusiasts and as hobbies, furthermore no main service dealers will service or repair them anyway!
